Even though I was against the latios ban, its absence left more flexibility for Scizor, although not as needed on each team more to check Latios it is now able to run phys def and to show it's not just a niche to check weavile but a lot of treatening mons.110 speed also makes it the 3rd fastest viable Pokemon listed as OU, and it pairs up well with Rain since it makes its Surfs hit harder.
